Who are you
take the time,
to sit with-
who you are,
open your soul-
to allow moment,
to enter in between-
the deep rising ache,
of yesterdays-
it may try to come,
and spill upon your day-
but comfort it,
sit with it awhile-
then release it like,
wings of grace-
to gentle flight,
to the sky that surrounds-
your rising-
morning wakes the day,
with singing-
let what stings,
finding healing in the-
songs of compassion,
in the beating of your heart-
that finds its breath in being,
in allowing and saying-
I come as I am,
to this new dawn.
to sit with-
who you are,
open your soul-
to allow moment,
to enter in between-
the deep rising ache,
of yesterdays-
it may try to come,
and spill upon your day-
but comfort it,
sit with it awhile-
then release it like,
wings of grace-
to gentle flight,
to the sky that surrounds-
your rising-
morning wakes the day,
with singing-
let what stings,
finding healing in the-
songs of compassion,
in the beating of your heart-
that finds its breath in being,
in allowing and saying-
I come as I am,
to this new dawn.
