Dissolve In The Being Who Is Everything.
~Rumi

I See You

I see you, you see me,
the gap that holds-
the differences,
of you and me-
from black to white,
a thousand grays in between-
what is seen and sought after,
often is never found-
higher ground, lower ground,
the ground is still ground-
I’ve emptied myself over,
the best and worse-
of both sides rising,
never judge a book-
by its cover,
it may not even-
be finished yet,
what is said,
may be truth-
often remains,
to be left unsaid-
I come with silence wanting,
the uniting-
of the whole instead,
the story with,
a thousand words,
with one,
all falls to dust,
become needless-
needling thoughts,
wipe clean the slate-
draw back the blinds,
let light come to dark-
and finally collide,
one with out the other-
become one for one,
for each other-
we rise and fall,
we run, we crawl-
life only lived once,
impossible to see it all-
let the gap between tighten,
the beliefs we hold loosen-
hold this often perceived,
impossible space-
in light and love,
in compassion and grace.

Heart's Calling

Thoughts

Since you alone are responsible for your thoughts,
only you can change them.
You will want to change them
when you realize that each thought creates
according to its own nature...
Therefore, start now to think only those thoughts
that will bring you health and happiness.

Wild Woman Sisterhood

As I experience the changing light of the season I take TIME to reflect on those things that I am grateful for. The things that I want to bless and RELEASE as well as those that I want to welcome and EMBRACE.
I give particular thanks to the COURAGE and STRENGTH that was called in me when facing difficulties in life, adversity or even danger. As I bless and reflect on these things, I appreciate their role in tempering the depth, resourcefulness and RESILIENCE of my SPIRIT. I’m still here, still standing, intact, freer and stronger than before.
The more I appreciate my strengths and who I am, the more I can appreciate others and mother earth. It always begins at home first, it begins with ME.

Sometimes

Who are you

take the time,
to sit with-
who you are,
open your soul-
to allow moment,
to enter in between-
the deep rising ache,
of yesterdays-
it may try to come,
and spill upon your day-
but comfort it,
sit with it awhile-
then release it like,
wings of grace-
to gentle flight,
to the sky that surrounds-
your rising-
morning wakes the day,
with singing-
let what stings,
finding healing in the-
songs of compassion,
in the beating of your heart-
that finds its breath in being,
in allowing and saying-
I come as I am,
to this new dawn.
